Sensory mat SIMPLY- cotton
Description
The sensory mat is used to wrap, roll and push the body. For hygiene reasons, we recommend buying a cotton mat mainly for home use or small groups.
The product is made of 100% cotton flannel. The use of such a material makes the mat pleasant to the touch, warm and comfortable. The fabrics used are Oeko-Tex® certified.
The mat is filled with durable styrofoam granules. The polystyrene granules are certified by the National Institute of Hygiene.
The dimensions of the mat are approx. 140 cm x 170 cm.
The mat can be wet cleaned.
To make the sensory mat easier to use, we offer a system of FASTENING BELT SYSTEM that pull the mat together into a permanent roll. A set consists of four wide straps. The straps are fastened with buckles, which guarantees durability and prevents the buckles from loosening. The mat tightened with such straps is designed to relieve the patient's back as much as possible. The person wrapped in the mat is fixed with straps in such a way that they cannot move and develop out of the sensory mat. This set works very well for transient bouts of aggression to limit overly intense movement in people with autism, ADHD and other motor disorders.
