The CLASSIC Winter Weighted Blanket is crafted from cotton bedding material.It consists of two layers of insulating filler, providing thickness, softness, and warmth to the blanket.The fabric used holds an Oeko-Tex® certification.The sewing technique involves quilting in squares, with larger squares (approximately 15 x 15 cm) compared to standard blankets.Each square is individually filled to achieve the desired weight.The blanket is hand-sewn and always tailored to individual orders.

Filling Options: 

• Glass bead filling: Resembling sand, this filling provides a soft and delicate feel. It is a versatile choice, especially for those needing primarily weight.
• Natural gravel filling: Consisting of small, round stones (2 – 4 mm), minimally perceptible through the fabric. A blanket filled with natural gravel can be used for rolling, wrapping, massaging, or applying pressure to the body.

Choosing the Right Weight:

Weight is determined based on the user's specified body weight or the chosen blanket weight. Information from a therapist is crucial for tailoring the product to individual needs.

The standard recommended weight is 10-15% of the user's body weight.

Care Instructions:

The blanket can be washed in water, with lighter blankets suitable for machine washing (following recommended precautions). Heavier blankets are not machine washable.Care symbols are provided on the product tag.Hand washing is recommended as a standard procedure, considering variations in washing machine conditions.Air-drying in a spread-out position is advised, with frequent shaking to expedite the drying process.
